Saturdays are days when I try to do some of the necessary things as well as the things I enjoy doing. Cinnamon rolls are one of my favorite things to make. I am so glad that I now have a freezer and can put some of them away for the day when I need something special for a special person. This happened on Saturday when an SIM missionary stopped by while she waited for the birthday party, where her boys were, to finish. We enjoyed a cup of tea and a cinnamon roll.The problem of baking is always that there is need to clean up!!! During the week I usually have a maid that comes in and does the work, but weekends are all mine. This caught me with the dishes clean! That doesn't always happen.
