Caia baptism

Today was a mountain top experience. After doing bible studies in the village of Caia, we baptized 4 men today! The day started with people arriving at my house to get a ride to the village, I was beginning to wonder if we would all have room in the cars, but there were more cars then I thought and so we had more room. The denomination with whom we are connected sent a delegation of 8 people. The Pastor baptized the four men. Then he also gave communion. We hadn't really talked about having communion, but it turned out to be a good experience. We didn't follow Paul exoration in eating first, but did have a nice meal afterwards. The meal consisted of nsima, rice, sardines and spegetti. There was enough food for all, even some left overs for the village children.

Thanks so much for praying. Those who have been baptized are also some of the regular ones in our town church. So we have been able to get some baptized believers for both congregations.
